Slow to ship! I ordered shoes for my wife's birth...

Slow to ship! I ordered shoes for my wife's birthday on a Sunday night thinking that would be plenty of time for them to arrive Saturday for my wife's birthday. Wrong, the order was not processed for shipping until late on Tuesday, didn't ship out until Wednesday, and didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. I am very disappointed and regret not ordering from a company with great shipping service, like Zappos. I emailed their customer service and got no reply.
