Mercedes Benz should be ashamed of this corporate ...

Mercedes Benz should be ashamed of this corporate store and needs to pay better attention to the management team that they have working there. I thought that it would be great to purchase a Mercedes Benz from a FACTORY OWNED STORE, but found out that they are dishonest and even damaged my S63 while it was in the Service Department. The Service Director will not even return phone calls, and my vehicle was there for over 5 weeks in 3 months before I just picked it up with more problems than when it went in. They don't even know how to mount a tire, with their technician mounting the tire INSIDE OUT which is a safety hazard, and they gave me back the car? It clearly says on the sidewall of the tire "OUTSIDE" ... this means it goes facing outside - a simple task that they could not perform. No wonder why they didn't win the Mercedes Benz Customer One award from what I was told - a FACTORY STORE that cannot win its own manufacturer's award? I recommend going to another dealership and staying away from this store, as they do not honor what they promise, and do not follow the Mercedes Benz philosophy of Customer One.

The only positive note was that our salesperson, Ron, and his manager Patrick were both great to work with. Its truly sad that the Sales Manager Patrick became responsible for repairing my car...isn't that what the Service Department and it's manager are supposed to do? The Service Department would get ZERO STARS if I could rate them that way, after having my vehicle for over 5 weeks in the shop without repairing it properly.
