Several incredibly rude staff. Very disappointed. Unfounded impudence due to bad coordination of the staff and little uniform organization.
Example. Just now we have been there. To 2. (We have been there a couple of times and it was about the same every time.) There was a sign "WC 1st floor left." So we went there. A guy tells us that we quote him up there: cook up the place. So we go down. And point to the sign. He pretends that it does not exist and puts it away quickly.
Instead of apologizing, the one with the kakken is just like that. Then we go ask the official bar. They say that there is no such sign or stand. Then she tells us that we should dissipate .... and act as if that just did not happen. As if that was a little misunderstanding. Turns out that was not it.
