Our overall experience was great. We enjoyed our condo and the waterpark. However, when we first checked in at 3, we were told our room wasnt ready yet. This was ok because usual check time isnt until 4 anyway. However, they made us wait another hour, just to let us know they're not sure when we'll get the room. It was disappointing to know that we were charged for a whole night but we were only allowed to spend half a day in there. Not only that but they had technicians that came to mess with our door lock. After that, none of our keys worked. Even when we went to get it reset, the keys would work once and not again for the entire night. Other than that, the kids had a good time at the waterpark. It's nice that we were able to stay and swim even after we checked out.
