Definitely will think twice before renting again. We rented a minivan for 4 days this past weekend and on Sunday turned the AC up on our way home from Vegas to our surprise the drivers side vent started shooting out shards of glass. Not just chunks but also slivers. The manager said there is no record of the vehicle being in an accident, but something definitely happened and it's a scary thought that it's either a shady repair or just straight up non disclosure. Not to mention after over an hour left ok f out trip home without using AC I was given a measly 15% discount. Shake my head.
