Large family group stayed for 2 nights this weeken...

Large family group stayed for 2 nights this weekend.
Wheelchair accessibility room very small, cramp.
My family room lovely & big but full beetles, handle fell off door cleaner missed cleaning my room because of men fixing the door for a few hours.
Service in bar horrendous for dinner, drinks & lunch very under staff.
Food tasty.
Breakfast only ok.
Family dinner in restaurant on Saturday was lovely & staff were amazing. Notice same staff at breakfast there at dinner.
Management needs to train & manage staff in bar. 2 hours to get order taken for lunch is crazy.
