Rarely do I write reviews but I would like to help those seeking property management not make the same mistake. Upper management (Senior Staff) is professional and can give you a sales pitch. Do not let them coerce you into thinking they can get the job done. The staff is rude, not helpful and bully you. We were accused that residents were rude. We were accused of things that never happened. They have a serious staffing issue. First week on the job, their PM quit. Following this catastrophe, they gave us another PM which literally disappeared. Regional Manager confirmed that they were having trouble and that they shared the frustration. REALLY? Requested a 30 day plan before having to cut ties and that didn't work out either. This is a cash grab. We were abandoned for WEEKS without a PM. Didn't perform. I can go on and on and on. TERRIBLE management. It is unbelievable that a company that has been in business for so long is this bad. They literally failed in every single department. What about our townhall meeting? The PM said it was all booked and when residents and board members (along with vendors and trades people) arrived, there was NO ROOM!!!!!!

Failed to reply to emails. Failed to get things done in a timely manner. They literally talk down to you. The regional manager's customer service is abhorrent.

PROTECT YOURSELF. PROTECT YOUR COMMUNITY. DO NOT HIRE ICC.
