Capital Ford, this is a place where I would return to purchase a vehicle and I would recommend others to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson was Mark Keeley. He was prompt to respond to my e-mails. Mark's appearance was professional and clear, which says a lot to ME. He was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. I, as a woman, never felt that he was BSing me in any way. I had met with other dealers in the area and I was not impressed at ALL. Everything that I eexperienced with the other dealers I did not experience at Capitol Ford. I got the best possible price for my trade-in and for my new vehicle. But then again I did my homework. I visited with other dealers and researched the information on-line. I received everything I wanted at a price I was willing to pay and no more. The overall staff is professional looking, eager to assist and the place is clean. Mark Keeley kept me abreast every step of the way til the vehicle was delivered to me safely. I highly recommend Capitol Ford & would give them my business again.
