I have purchased a "Detailing" package with the purchase of a new vehicle. I brought the car in to have it detailed, inside and out. The inside is supposed to be vacuumed, cleaned, and such. The outside is to be washed, waxed, and sealed with a protectant.
After waiting 3 hours, they pull the car around, I check it out. Open the doors and it was clearly obvious that the inside had not been touched at all. There was "dirt" on the car floor, seats, and such. I point it out to the "service rep" and he just stood there staring at me. He said nothing. I said that it needs to go back and at least be vacuumed. Away he goes with the car, 5 minutes later another guy comes around with the car. Again, it was clearly obvious that nothing had been done to the interior. I drove away at that point.
I guess since it is a service that has been paid for in advance they have no interest in doing a good job. I gave them a 1 since they at least drove it through a car wash.
