Beware of this dealership! I brought my Toyota in for the 60k mile service. Immediately the service advisor wanted to up-sell me. He stated my vehicle was due for a Coolant flush when the recommended interval was 100k. I agreed and left my vehicle. One hour later i received a call from Manny (from his personal cell) stating my front tire had a nail in it and for $45 he could have it repaired. I informed him I had road hazard insurance with Costco and would take it to them. After picking up my vehicle, I went immediately over to Costco and was told after inspecting all 4 tires there was no nail in any of the tires. After hearing this, I checked my oil and coolant levels and found another discrepancy. The coolant reservoir was the exact same level (low) as when I took it in. I called and informed the customer service representative of my concerns. She said she would investigate and call back with an explanation. I never heard back from her for 10 days till I called her. She stated they were still working on it. Another 2 weeks went by without a call back. I completed the online survey restating my concerns and received another call back from the Customer service Manager who has still not provided me with any documentation of the so-called inspection showing the nail in the tire. She stated she interviewed the technician and service advisor 7 weeks later and they didn't remember anything. This has become a matter of principle and integrity and to this day my concerns are still not resolved.
