I called this location to see how much my balance ...

I called this location to see how much my balance was and was provided with what I assumed was the correct information. I asked if I could make a payment and was told that the amount had to be paid in full because the amount wasn t past due yet and so I was ready to bite the bullet to pay my not past due NTTA bill, the lady I spoke with transferred me to billing who told me that the amount I owed was $230 more than the previous representative. She gave me a breakdown of what I was paying for and said there was no way around it and the total had to be paid in full with an $18 service fee . Absolutely ridiculous, this office really needs to get it together. The customer service rep was very polite and professional (I didn t catch her name) but the billing representative I was transferred to was extremely rude and disrespectful.
