Brand New Car with Warranty but no Help! Very shocked to be working with a dealership like BMW of Sterling. We have had our X1 for one year and we have had to bring this car to service over 5 times for crazy electronic related issues. On numerous occasions this vehicle has put my wife and son in danger while driving the vehicle and it happened again yesterday on a major highway. Please, please, please for the safety of your family and driving a good vehicle stay away from BMW. You spend $50,000 on a car and have a warranty and then they call you and try to charge you almost $2,000 for a problem with the engine.
