Booked this place on Christmas Eve for my parents ...

Booked this place on Christmas Eve for my parents birthday celebration, based on the good reviews online. It turned out to be The Worst Christmas/Birthday meal Ever in our life so far. Super disappointed with both of the food and service. Soup was room temp; steak was full of blood despite we wanted 70% done; foie gras was quite bad quality and uncooked; even veggies (not salad!) were uncooked; mashed potato was cold; Spring chicken for the kids were uncooked, with blood!! So disappointed. We made a complaint on the spot, nobody even bother saying sorry. Instead, they just took off the service charge as compensation , I am still very upset paying 10K for such a terrible experience!!!
