June 18, 2020 Jon Wayne A/C representative preformed a first time service on my A/C system. The Rep. was polite and knowledgeable about his job.
Time will tell if I stay with this company. I knew the advertised $59 service was a hook to get my business. But, I didn't expect the first quote to be over $1,300. I have never had an A/C company make that kind of a jump. Apparently Jon Wayne is using the "bundle" purchasing system like the new car dealers use. They show you the top bundle first and after you get over the "sticker shock" they show the list of 3 bundles available. My bill was $585. I will give them another chance before I decide to stay or move on.
