Staff are friendly on the telephone, but the systems they have available appear to be awful.

We received a strange call on a Saturday from Cambridge Water regarding our account. It appeared like a phishing attachk as they insisted on trying to extract an uncomfortable amount personal information. We were told to call them back for security, but they weren't open. We subsequently discussed and this was a legitimate call.

The e-billing is unreliable (bills not sent) and the Contact Us web form sends failure notifications to your email account and does not deliver messages.

When moving we were told that they'd take a final reading yet our final bill was based on an estimate and there's been no reading for 2 years.

If you have a choice, use it. Unfortunately, we don't have one.

[Months later the webform continues to generate bounces. There's a reply here saying that it's now fixed, but the reply doesn't say that there is regularly testing to ensures it doesn't fail in future. I have discussed issues here with staff already, no one is empowered to fix anything.]
