I listed my home with Home Avenue with the minimum number of photos, no yard sign, and my own lock box - (minimal services). I had an offer in 3 days and we closed yesterday. My experience with Home Avenues could not have been better. All questions to office staff were answered in a timely manner. It was a good experience and I saved thousands. I think the house sold itself - it is a great house. Depending on how complicated the sale could be - I would use more services, but they can be added at any time. This worked well for me - thank you Home Avenue!
