I wasn t happy in my previous position and Luke reached out to me via LinkedIn. Within a week I had sat down with both him and Josh Sparkes who - meets every candidate individually. The following week they had set up multiple interviews not just to fill an empty position but with companies that matched my personality a bit more which I think is a great way of doing business (I was offered a job from the first company I interviewed at). They ve been there every step of the way and go the extra mile to make sure their candidates are happy where they are. Would recommend 100%.
