Booked a table for two people one week in advance ...

Booked a table for two people one week in advance and after 10 minutes waiting outside with zero acknowledgement from the staff, the manager turned up and simply said that they couldn't take any more customers and sent us away!!! It was 8:45pm and we really struggled to find another place to have dinner on a peak-season Saturday in Tenby. If I knew their management was that bad, I'd have booked a table somewhere else.
I appreciate that Covid has been tough on most businesses but we didn't simply turn up, we booked it in advance. Managing bookings and workload are pretty basic tasks for any managerial role.
We luckily found a pub who managed to squeeze us in for a 10pm dinner... wouldn't recommend South Beach Bar & Grill not even to my worst enemy. Extremely disappointed.
