What a fantastic experience!

What a fantastic experience!
I had a problem that made my vehicle un-drivable. (It was due to an improperly completed safety recall repair done at another dealer.) This was during the beginning of August, an extremely busy time of the year, and all dealers in the area were scheduling appointments more than a week into the future. I told Carol, the Assistant Service Manager, that this was my only vehicle and I needed it for work and she was able to get one of the techs to look at it. He discovered the other dealer's faulty repair and quickly got my vehicle back in shape. Carol even contacted the other dealer and got them to pay to fix the faulty repair.
During this visit I was treated very courteously. I was kept informed of what was going on at all times. Sarat Ford came through for me in a big way when I really needed help. They made it known through their actions and communications that they valued me as a customer.
I had originally gone to the other dealer to save one day on the repair time. I won't make that mistake again. I'd rather work with a dealership that has demonstrated their honesty and competency and that has my trust. From now on all my service will be done at Sarat.
