I kept banking with Mobility after they closed all...

I kept banking with Mobility after they closed all the locations in my city. My new debit card seemed to have gotten lost in the mail, so I called and requested a new one. I was told it was on the way, but that one never got sent out either. I did eventually get a new one, but it should be automatic. It shouldn t take me three calls.

I called to alert them of upcoming European travel. I was told everything was fine. A week later, the DAY before my trip, they called me and told me that my debit card would not work in the countries I was visiting. These were developed countries. No valid reason was given why. It really stressed me out before my trip and I STILL don t understand why the first person said it was fine when it wasn t. I would have been able to deal with it if I had had more time and the first person had done their job correctly.

After these issues, I decided to move the funds in my IRA (which was underperforming compared to my other one anyway.) They made it as difficult as possible for me to do so. Thank god I had an actual bank that was willing to help me get a seal that I needed, because these people were not going to help at all.
