Most German companies recognize the fact that a good work/life balance is an important factor for the best performance of employees. They do not see employees just as cheap labour you have to exploit to the max but as an important part of the work force as entity which adds to the overall performance of the company. It is good to see that SAP applies its ethic and moral standards they have back in Germany to their foreign operations. SAP should be a good example for other companies, which see India just as a source for cheap labour and as a tax haven.
