We stayed in July, when leaving the hotel they made a charge for $ 400 to the card, however at no time they informed me or I noticed immediately. Since then I have been claiming my money through the travel agency that organized my vacation and I have not yet recovered it. I feel that I was robbed. The hotel may have been very nice, but the fact that they make a charge and do not refund it leaves much to be desired.
