If you are considering legal support when filing for Social Security Disability look no further. These guys are the best. They are very helpful with filling out the initial forms and keeping on top of additional info requested by the SSA. They also handle the timely filing for appeals after the initial denial letter arrives. All important especially if you are suffering and dont keep up with the mail or feel good enough to spend days reviewing the law and figuring out why you want to appeal. This was all great and would have justified the legal fees by itself. But when I was denied twice and needed to appeal for a live hearing with a judge, this is where Morgan & Weisbrod really stood out.
I was assigned Michael Kelly. He was incredibly professional, had worked thousands of cases with my judge, reviewed every aspect of my case with me in person, and then pointed out in the hearing exactly where in the law my medical records supported the claim.
