Bought a car in a few hours including financing. Sales rep Tyler was good. Expected a used vehicle would be topped off with gas and mats included but was not. Someone tore off the sticker from window and just threw ripped up inside vehicle after I signed paperwork. Inside dealership awesome and everyone friendly. To improve, I would say used vehicles be checked for owner's manual, have new (cheap) mats be put in and topped off with all fluids, etc.
