Run as far away from this place as fast as you possibly can. They are a perfect example of why the RV industry has such a bad name. Nothing but issues from day one and only continued to get worse until the end. I started and negotiated a deal with one salesman who gave us a lot of wrong information or maybe just straight up lies. After he quit I was transferred to another salesman who was brand new with very little knowledge and experience. After he quit (seeing a pattern here with employee turnover?) I was transferred to yet another salesman. He was nice enough but after a week or two of having my phone calls and emails ignored I decided to call and speak with a "manager." I explained my frustrations with the long list of issues during the process and complained of the lack of communication. I mentioned that I was so frustrated with the situation that I was close to just walking away from the deal all together. His exact response to that was "I wish you would." He then began to talk negatively about the salesman mentioned previously and said he couldn't even believe I got the deal that I did because they weren't making any money on it. He stated that it was a mid-line unit (a brand new 2019 fifth wheel with $70k msrp) and that I shouldn't expect it to be perfect. He stated they were spending too much time on it due to a long list of issues found by an inspector and normally they only spend a couple of hours per unit on delivery. I have never felt more disrespected by someone trying to sell me something and earn my business. When I expressed my disbelief in what was coming out of his mouth he said that if I wanted to walk away from the deal he wasn't going to try and argue with me to stay. Great customer service! This was the icing on the cake but no where even close to full list of issues I dealt with at this dealership. If you want to be ignored, lied to and belittled than shop here! I will recommend to everyone that will listen to never spend a dime here. I walked away from them and will never go back! Their management showed me exactly how much my business was worth to them...

Edit: After receiving the response from the sales manager below, I reached out as requested. 1 month later and I have not received a response from them. Thanks for proving my point even further Lazydays! They sure know how to make it seem to the public that they actually care though...
