Wow!!!!! I went to SoHo a few weeks ago and loved it. I m a bit of a novice but the instructor Ali was awesome and so easy to follow. She made sure my bike was set up before class and she made sure I knew all the positions on the bike. She is really upbeat and encouraging which made me want to push harder in class and I had a great workout. Her music is awesome and the choreography was outstanding. 20/10!!!
