I have worked at NQC for over a year and left because of my studies, as I had to go abroad. This was my first job and I had the opportunity to work on several aspects: Support Centre Representative, Admin and Validator on the Auto team.

This diversity was definitely something I enjoyed, as it always kept me busy and never once was I bored there.

The work is straight-forward, you are given clear processes and you need to follow them, as well as understand how the platform works, which is very easy. Unlike other reviews I have read here, I can honestly say that the SupplierAssurance platform is easy to work with and very user-friendly, as after I left the company I got a job in another country and became a supplier. I believe that people who say the platform is bad or hard to use are already frustrated from having to deal with the customer s supplier portals, which are 100 times worse.

Regarding the atmosphere, I feel I should mention the team I was part of, which was absolutely amazing. I know I have made friends for life in there which I still keep in touch with. Everyone is very helpful and team-oriented, which made it easy for us to do our work together and the communication with my colleagues was always smooth.

I know that NQC is a great place to work at, they have been extremely flexible and they provide work from home opportunities, especially during the pandemic, situation to which they adapted instantly and found solutions for everyone.

You can feel that the company cares about its employees, as they also organise regular social events, sometimes abroad, sometimes locally, and during the quarantine also online.

The job I had was a very rewarding one and the feeling I got at the end of the day after helping people was fantastic.

Although I work in another country now, I can say with confidence that I miss working at NQC and I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn new things, improve their language skills in a multilingual environment, and have the possibility of progression.
