We have always relied on Isaac heating to service our heating and air conditioning. Their rates have always paid for themselves as far as different yearly service plans, and staff has always been respectful, courteous, and never pushy for additional services/products. Our furnace recently stopped blowing hot air because of a dirty sensor. With small children in the house, I called them around 12:30am to see if it was possible to send someone out first thing the next morning. The representative set me up for a service call without hesitation, and didn't seem irritated that I was bugging him in the middle of the night. Jamie V. was called out to my house, and with a friendly "hello," he went straight to business. No crazy extra chatter, was quiet, and made me feel comfortable with his demeanor and professionalism. Isaac has been there for us since day one, and even though we are holding out on replacing our 30+ year old furnace, we never feel pressured to give in to them making a buck, and they are the first people that come to mind when we have any issues.
