If you want to save money, you should consider this dealership. But if you don't inspect the car really well, you will spend the money you save trying to fix all the problems that the car has. Most of the vehicles are off-lease so expect things to fail due to wear and tear like the battery, which I had failed in mine, windshield wipers, and some new tires. Don t even try to put a deposit down, you can call and they ll say they will call back the next day to get a deposit from you, don t expect that call because that is not going to happen. They will also try to add a $550 Perma Plate charge that covers things that you can clean with $10 car cleaning stuff from Walmart. We were there for 4 hours and the salesman were probably talking to us for a whole 10 minutes. And if you pay with your debit card and cash, they'll take the cash and charge the card even before they give you the contract to sign. Customer service is nonexistence, don't expect anything after your purchase. My car's battery a few days after and I called, they said email them the invoice and they'll reimburse. Never got any call back or any email updating it. It's been almost 10 days since that. My car has a missing navigation SD card and they said they'll mail it in 2-5 days. It's been almost 3 weeks and it's nowhere to be found or heard of, they'll just tell you it's in back-order. The "we owe" paper is useless.
Edit: they ve reimbursed me for the battery, sd card is still nowhere to be found. Customer service manager never left an email or phone number to be contacted.
Edit 2: customer service left a response a few days ago on here, I have yet to be contacted. I also called them sometimes last week, they said they would escalate my file but nothing happened.
Edit 3: emailed them at customer.care@driversselect.com and SD card was sent the day after. Got it today (09/15) and it works fine. Review was changed from 1-star to 3-star.
Timeline: I bought the car on 07/18, got a "we-owe" paper for the SD card. Battery was dead and had to be replaced the day after. Called them about faulty battery on 07/23, said they would reimburse me, got the check in the mail on 08/17. SD card got here on 9/15.
Left a bunch of voice mails and never got a call back, only after the 1-star review that they reached me and try to resolve the issue. If you want them to reach you quick, update your reviews and the rep will reply to your review.
