Very rude, no customer service skills. They give you the run around. They will take your money but will not send any paper work nor email me when asking to. I told the rep I needed updated Info and could not get that. I told the rep to place my monthly payment on hold until I receive a receipt , she then told me to hold. She returned after ten minutes, and told me she couldn t place the account on hold and that her supervisor would have to but he s on a call. Long story short US Dept of Ed need to get a new collection agency. I know I m at fault for not paying, life happens, but if you re going to have a 3rd party payer or agency representing them , they should be more customer focused.
