This place is the worst inpatient behavioral health center I have ever encountered (and I have encountered many over the years as my child is repeat attempter of suicide). The call center, front desk, nurses, and doctors were all very rude, unprofessional, and lack any sense of compassion for those who are clearly struggling with emotional pain. The front desk put me on hold for over 30 minutes because they did not want to answer my questions regarding their discharge procedures. Also, they have very poor communication (no patient code given, no discharge instructions, no timeline for release, and the like) and refused to speak to me regarding my daughter's release even though my name was on the release of information. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone who is truly in need of psychiatric care. They are a sham and offer no good benefits to the mental health community other than an acting as a temporary confinement facility.
