Such a horrible experience with this company. They charged me two months ago for me parking at the wrong spot, which belonged to a separate parking company. I have received a letter from the parking company saying that I have to pay for the fine?? I spoke to one of the agents on July 31st and asked them to pay. Till now, they have not paid to the parking company and their response was that they will let me know when they decided to pay and it can be tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, or the day after that. What kind of customer service is this?
