The fact that they do "bed lotteries" for those who's seven days are up, proves they're not interested in helping the chronically homeless. You can barely get to see a caseworker in there nevertheless an advocate. The receptionist/security guard never knows anything useful and you're forced to roam the streets of Soho, rain or shine, for hours at a time. It's kind of a joke. They talk about positive energy and positive vibes but they never get anything done for you. Also, forget about coming to this shelter if you're working past the afternoon. You're screwed out of a bed immediately.
