A friend and I spent the day here and we were very surprised. I ve been to cedar point many times and never had an experience like this. The staff were miserable in every respect. I don t think I saw a single person working who wanted to be there. We went to Johnny rockets for lunch and the employees there were just as miserable (not the mention the 4 people in the kitchen who stood around talking the ENTIRE time we were there). We had fast passes and were disappointed to see other non-fast pass customers somehow getting on rides before us (because they knew the people working the gate). We were forced to purchase a locker to ride a few different coasters (which is fine) except they let many other people with phones and glasses on the ride and only stopped some of us to get lockers. If they re going to enforce a rule like that they should enforce it for everyone. My friend and I were so displeased we went to guest services. Usually I don t like complaining but spending the day at this park isn t cheap and we felt we needed to say something about our experience. To make up for this, an employee in guest services was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel much better about our visit and was more than willing to hear our complaints. With restored faith. We went to get a bite to eat before heading home (since it s about a 3 hour drive for us) and so we went to Coasters. I was very surprised to have been served raw chicken. Very very raw chicken. I went back to guest services and they again handled my complaint very well.. I m hoping my next visit will be much more pleasant.
