I am waiting for a leak in my bathtub to be completed. If you will refer to my last work order when this was reported, I was told that a part was needed. I am concerned about follow up and how long it takes for repairs to be completed. I do realize that I am not the only one at Carriage Hill, but I have noted this kind of thing happening since I moved here. We all know that if I don't keep up my part as a tenant, I will run into late charges and possibly eviction. Just asking for the same courtesy.
