I attempted to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership today, salesman was cool, no issues with him...however, when I attempted to get a price for my trade-in, the manager refused to give me a quote because I didn t want to discuss what monthly payment I was comfortable with... I tried to explain that I wasn t concerned about the monthly payment because that would work itself out once price of the car was finalized...I was concerned with the trade-in value to know how much I would need to come up with out of my pocket...but manager would not provide a dollar amount for my trade-in. Unheard of...buyer beware
