One of the Worst Customer Service i have ever seen...
One of the Worst Customer Service i have ever seen. I filled out a credit application online and talk to Jasvinder about a BMW 7 Series. After waiting 4 hours and no call or email i called back to see how far the process was i toll him, i will bring the money down in cash or can gave it over the phone with my card. He toll me the finance department will tell him wants going on and he will call me back. i toll him i will stop in after work to pickup the car. I seen 5 HARD Inquiries** on my Credit. After work i went to the Dealership and was toll the car was already sold to someone else. I was socked, how can that be because they open at 9am and i was the first one to apply for this car at 9:10am. The manager was very Disrespectful told me the first come first serve does not apply here and I did not gave a deposit. I was not toll to gave a deposit and i toll him i bring 3G in cash. They ran my credit 5 times and toll me to wait and never got back to me. I had no problem Giving a deposit. They did not even want to tell me was i approved or denied. They Don't care about Customers at all, they just want to make a quick sale to people they like. Poor Service, Poor management, VERY POOR Communication Skills.
