They force you to file an extension. They do not answer your emails in an timely manner. They charge you to learn new skills ( they charged me so they could learn to about cryptocurrency ) . They randomly add extra "service charges" to bills with no explication. The accidentally deleted my entire account profile. When I asked a tax question, I got a response of "you're smart, figure it out for yourself".

Edit, I just informed them that I would not be using their services again this year, and they informed me that my account was deleted by them a few months ago. Note that they did not notify me of this at all, other then by me posting this review.

Avoid using Boulder CPA Group at all costs!
