Sad experience. Long queues. They don't understand it's a effort to come and wait. The scheduling doesn't comply with the brakes so we can not come when they have time. They forget we pay them.
COVID-19 *** For years, I paid the blind at Partena to the point where I could not afford to pay a dentist or a doctor. They sweetened on my back and that of my family with their scabrous plans! I had a small delay of a few hundred euros of which they know the causes, and they dare to allow me to pass my file in litigation at Intrum to recover by force this amount while we are all victims of Covid-19 and are without resources! I hope you will go bankrupt and that your future members will not join your mutual fund! There is nothing human about your smoothed and untrue advertisements. More than an hour of waiting on the phone and no answer, it's simply shameful
One hour and a half to wait. Only 5 people in front of me. I think 2 people were working.
Slow and haven't refunded me in 3 years what they owe me. I've gone in and called several times and they always say it will be fixed and it hasn't been yet.. 3 years later!!
So far only good experiences. Friendly staff. Expect to wait around lunch break.
