DO NOT RENT {98 MARILYN CIRCLE RINGGOLD GEORGIA} YOU WILL RUN INTO A RODENT PROBLEM! Angie Clay the property manager does not care about the tenants and how they feel about the messy houses they put you in. Honestly I think she's a racist. Since I moved into 98 Marilyn Circle I've had nothing but problems. First there was spider and lady bug investation ,then we had electrical problems that they covered up and didn't want to pay someone to fix, then the refrigerator didn't work good when we moved in and they knew this but just didn't want to replace it until we put in a maintenance request, then they brought use out this tiny refrigerator totally different from the one we previously had. Next the mini overhead lights in the kitchen kept going out and blowing DK never repaired them they just took out the light switch so we couldn't use them. Then the heater went out, we was without heat for 3 day and they didn't want to replace the old unit they just had the compressor repaired. Next we find out we have a rodent investation , which I know the company knew about because there is rat and mice killer box on the hot water heater in the basement that was there before we moved in. I always heard things in this house but I just thought it was because it was creepy but never did I ever think it was mice because we kept it clean. The mice were living under the dishwasher where a hole is in which they come and go as they please. Once I informed Angie Clay of this rodent problem she didn't offered to do anything to fix this problem, she is just a big lazy slob that does not need to be a property manager because she has no customer service or management skills. DK Property never tried to accommodate us for anything, knowing all these problems exist. This house was never move in ready but they leased it to use any way just to take our money. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT OR EQUALLY.
