Customer service is a joke! My husband and I had actually booked in for a test drive of the Renault Captur, and when we arrived, there was no one to be seen. After about 7mins, a guy walked passed us with 2 cups of tea, and didn't even acknowledge us. After having a brief chat with another colleague for a few mins, he came over and asked if we needed any help. By that time, my husband and I had decided that we were not buying anything from the dealership as a result of the bad customer service, and so we said it wasn't the car for us. The guy did not try in any way to persuade us to look at its features, look at other cars etc. We felt like nuisances for having gone into the dealership, and don't recommend going to them to buy a car. We're now off to see what Peugeot have to offer!
