We do not recommend ProMondo for any wood flooring work. In late 2020, ProMondo replaced and installed wood flooring in our entire condo. It now looks like we will have to rip it all out and replace it. According to an independent NWFACP certified inspector s report, the installation does not meet the manufacturer s specs meaning the product is not under warranty. In spite of ProMondo quoting us top dollar, the installation was shoddy: there are slopes, deflections and squeaks in this new floor. The flooring was not attached effectively to the subfloor. We have to move out in order replace the entire flooring. We do not recommend ProMondo as a contractor.
