I love Old Westbury Gardens. But currently they have renovation works going on and the house is covered in scoufolding. They should mention that in their website, so that people aren't buying the tickets not knowing.

Thank you for the Covid measures and I really appreciated that. I didn't expect the mansion to be open either. However, we purchased a good amount of tickets to get pictures (photo shoot for an engagement) in front of the mansion, only to find it was covered in scaffolding. Before I went I had read every page of the website to find out all about the Covid measures and then purchase tickets accordingly. I, however, didn't find any information about the scaffolding anywhere. I checked the website again after I reached there.
Either way, thank you much for your response. It was some time ago and we moved on.
