DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.... I was keen to use a local family run business for my removals. Shame they couldn't be bothered to ring me back! Phoned three times, then someone called at about 1.00 p.m. on one occasion to ask if the guy could come "this afternoon at 3.00 pm" - despite me telling them in advance that nobody would be home. Only seem to have one person capable of calling anyone to arrange an appointment and he's always "busy" or "out" when you call. Told them to let me know if they didn't want the work to save me wasting my time... the lady apologised and said someone would call... NOBODY DID! If they can't ring enquirers back, heaven knows what their removal service is like! Don't bother calling ... they don't call back!

Update: how strange that a day after my review was published Mr Cavan Grainger found time to call and apologise for not having called previously ... I told him I would never use his company ... then before the end of the conversation he asked if I could remove this review!! Really??????!!!!! Not a chance!! Rude man! Needs a lesson in how to provide customer satisfaction! Or go and run a business where he doesn t need to be customer facing!
