As I was pleased with the purchase, I was not on my first oil change in service. Made an appointment by phone, asked someone a day before about the price, he said it will be 140$, and they have shuttle service to go back home. I ask my wife to do it as I'm at work, they charge her 250 and they say they don't have shuttle service, so she with 2 little children has to stay up to two hours until they are done!
You just lost a costumer!
