Although we had talked about changing our alarm system, we hadn't. When Dylan came to the door, I was impressed in his appearance, how polite he was and he knowledge of the product. He had me sold but I needed to talk it over with my other half before I made a decision. He was more then willing to come back in an hour. After he explained how the system works to my husband, I was even more impressed that he was saying the same things but not in the same order. Like it wasn't out of a textbook. Then the tech guy came, to install it. Again very knowable on what he was doing and explained every thing to us. Great group of workers you have. I definitely will be telling my friends about you.
