Worst customer service. Purchased a used car, called sales person, Melvin Jimenez, about return policy, was told I would receive information via e-mail. Did not receive any information. Called to follow up and spoke with another sales person, who laughed at me and hung up the phone. Was told the manager was not available to speak with me. Do not trust them, they are only there to close the sale.
