This is our new HOA Management Company. They are bureaucratic and unresponsive. They only communicate by email and don't return phone calls. If there is a way to complicate things - they will do it. Forms, forms, forms! Extremely bureaucratic, unfriendly, and unresponsive. If I conducted my own business (property rentals) like them i wouldn't have any tenants! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!
