Agreed an appointment date and time for a visit from an Able gas engineer and Able texted to cancel 1 hour into the allotted visit time period they were supposed to be on site. I had taken an unpaid day off work to wait for an Able Group engineer only of them to cancel when they were supposed have already arrived. Next available appointment day was 5 days hence. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION. THERE IS NO MANAGER WILLING TO SPEAK WITH A CLIENT AND THEY ARE HAPPY TO COST THIER CUSTOMERS MONEY.
