I have only started a few weeks ago and virtual classes only.(Thanks covid!) I love their customer services and instructor is knowledgeable & welcoming. We were having internet connection problem and they actually gave us a refund. I truly enjoy my classes and practicing Pilates has helped getting stronger each day.
